Senior Implementation Project Lead
Zurich / Hybrid / Remote
External Contractor 60%We’re looking for a Senior Implementation Project Lead with financial industry experience to take Tradoo’s strategic partner implementations from signed agreement to successful go-live. You’ll be the central delivery owner, bringing together commercial, product, technology, operations and partner teams to ensure launches happen on time, with the right quality and in line with financial-industry requirements.
- Own partner implementations end-to-end, from kick-off through launch and handover.
- Build and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and deliverables.
- Coordinate Tradoo and partner teams across commercial, product, technology, operations and finance.
- Drive decisions, resolve blockers and keep stakeholders accountable.
- Lead testing, launch readiness and go-live.
- Ensure processes, controls, reporting and operational requirements are properly implemented.
- Manage the transition from implementation into BAU.
- Help build and improve Tradoo’s implementation playbook as we scale.
- 5–8+ years in project management, implementation, delivery or operations.
- Strong experience in financial services e.g. banking, payments, fintech, insurance, wealth management or financial infrastructure.
- Proven experience leading complex B2B, technology or financial-services implementations through to go-live.
- Good understanding of financial processes, controls, compliance and operational risk.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple teams.
- Technically fluent enough to work effectively with product and engineering teams.
- A hands-on, pragmatic approach with a strong bias toward execution.
- Languages: English & German
- You understand both financial services and technology and know how to turn a complex partnership into a functioning operation.
- You’re comfortable working with senior stakeholders, challenging assumptions, managing risk and driving decisions.
- Most importantly, you own the outcome, not just the project plan.
This is a high-impact role with significant ownership. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and help build the processes and playbook that enable Tradoo to launch financial-industry partners faster, more reliably and at scale. Interested?
