You will lead marketing at Tradoo and work on-site in Zug. Together with the founding team, you will shape positioning, align channels and build a marketing system that fits a modern asset management platform.

You will own Tradoo’s social presence end to end. You turn complex topics into clear, credible content and help build trust through consistency, not hype. You work closely with product, research and leadership to translate what we build into content that people actually understand.

Responsibilities:

Plan and publish content across key channels
Write and edit short form and long form content
Coordinate visuals with design partners and maintain brand consistency
Engage with the community and capture feedback for the team
Track performance and iterate on what works
