The Private Beta Terms govern the specific scope of services, functionality, fees and user responsibilities during Phase 1 (Private Beta / Execution-Only).
Order of precedence in case of conflict:
Scope of Application
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website tradoo.finance, the associated platforms and all features and services provided during the Private Beta (hereinafter "Platform")..
They apply to:
- Visitors to the website
- Users who register on the waitlist
- Registered Private Beta users
- Pre-Seed and Seed investors who have acquired shares or participation certificates (PS) of Tradoo AG
By using the Platform, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms of Use.

Role of Tradoo
The Platform is in Phase 1 (Private Beta) and provides a non-custodial execution infrastructure ("Execution-Only").
Tradoo does not:
- ✗Hold or custody any assets
- ✗Have control over users' private keys
- ✗Execute transactions on behalf of the user
- ✗Make investment, portfolio, or risk decisions
The Platform serves exclusively for self-management and autonomous decision-making by the user.
No Investment Advice / No Portfolio Management
Tradoo does not provide:
- ✗Investment advice
- ✗Asset management
- ✗Financial analysis
- ✗Personal recommendations
- ✗Execution of trades on behalf of the user
Private Beta Access
Access to the Private Beta is granted through:
- Online registration by the user, with
- Internal review and approval by Tradoo
Access serves exclusively for:
- Evaluation and development purposes and
- Feedback to improve the Platform
Access does not establish any entitlement to scope of services, availability, or continuation.
Equity Participations (Shares / PS)
During the Seed rounds, qualified investors may acquire shares or participation certificates (PS).
These participations represent entrepreneurial risk. They do not include any promise of returns, performance, or repayment.
Any public offering is made exclusively within the framework of the prospectus exemption pursuant to Art. 36(1)(b) FIDLEG, as the maximum total volume of capital raised does not exceed CHF 8 million.
Third-Party Protocols and Smart Contracts
The Platform may provide certain interfaces to external protocols, exchanges, or smart contracts.
Tradoo provides no warranty for:

- —Regulatory status of third-party offerings
Users act independently and at their own responsibility.
Risk Notice
Significant Risks
Trading digital assets (e.g., cryptocurrencies) involves significant risks, including the possibility of total loss.
