Investor access for Tradoo AG

Investing is handled through our investor portal. First, request access and confirm your email. After verification, you can review the offer documents and estimate your allocation. When the round opens, you can subscribe digitally in the portal. KYC is completed as part of the subscription process and must be approved before payment instructions and allocation are confirmed. After closing, shares are allocated and recorded in the official share register.

You are officially a shareholder only after successful KYC, after the shares have been allocated, and after you have been entered in the digital share register. We maintain the share register through Ledgy.

Your subscription is completed digitally via Skribble in accordance with the subscription form. It becomes binding after payment and successful KYC. Only then are the shares allocated.

The minimum subscription is CHF 500. Investments up to CHF 25’000 are pooled via Tradoo Seed SPV GmbH, currently in formation, to keep the share register streamlined. The SPV will be recorded as the shareholder in Tradoo AG’s share register. Investor rights and governance are set out in the offer documents.

The maximum investment is CHF 2'000'000.

You can pay by bank transfer, credit card, or via a crypto wallet. The available payment options and the payment instructions are shown to you in the investment widget after the digital subscription.

Yes. You can pay in USDT or USDC. The specific options available to you are shown in the investment widget.

Fees may apply depending on the payment method. For crypto payments, network fees usually apply. For bank transfers, your bank may charge fees, and cross border transfers may incur additional charges depending on the bank and the country.

The Seed 1 round runs within the communicated time period or until it is fully placed. The hard cap is CHF 4'000'000. After closing and after successful KYC, the allocation takes place. Investors from CHF 25'000 will then be entered in the share register.

The soft cap is the minimum threshold from which the round can be closed. It is CHF 500'000.

If the soft cap is not reached by the deadline, or if the round is not closed, there will be no allocation and no entry in the share register. Amounts already paid in will be refunded in accordance with the subscription terms. External fees such as bank charges or network fees may not be refundable.

Yes. We provide investors with regular updates on progress and key metrics. We also communicate important milestones or material events on an ad hoc basis.
